Winter Hike: Tremont

Jeff and I headed to New Hampshire with my dog Loki to snowshoe Mount Tremont. It’s a mountain on the New Hampshire 200 Highest list as it is a New Hampshire 3000 Footer. We considered continuing down the Brunel Trail to Owls Cliff, another New Hampshire 200 Highest, but I was pretty beat from the snowshoeing and instead headed back to our cars.

ROUTE

  • Parked at Mount Tremont trailhead on Route 302 in Hart’s Location, NH
  • Snowshoed Mount Tremont Trail to summit of Mount Tremont and back
