SUMMARY
A few days after Christmas 2016, a couple of friends and I grabbed the Hancocks for our Winter 48 list.

For this hike we took the normal route to the Hancocks. We parked at the Hancock Overlook lot on the hairpin turn on the Kancamangus Highway. We hiked up Hancock Notch Trail and Cedar Brook Trail in our microspikes. We followed Hancock Loop Trail clockwise to North Hancock and then South Hancock. We returned to our vehicle by the same trails we entered.
